Full Body Stretch for Beginners
So many stretches that I see online are great for most people, but not ideal for those with mobility restrictions. All of the stretches in this video are done standing and many can be modified with the use of a few props! It is best to stretch when your muscles are warmed up. Once you feel a stretch to a point of mild-moderate discomfort, you want to hold that stretch for about 30-40 seconds (or 3-4 slow, deep breaths). Enjoy!
