Pay what you can…

Because pain is expensive!

I realized that if I truly wanted to make yoga accessible to people with chronic pain, I had to take down this barrier.  For yoga (or anything you do) to make an impact on your body and on your health, you have to be consistent.  And that gets hard when you have to pay for every practice, or keep paying a subscription to do the same handful of sequences that you love.

So we’re not doing that here!  …but there are still monthly expenses to keep this up and running.  If you feel so inclined, you can send a contribution through the payment platform of your choice.  No minimum amount, no need to share your information.  Choose your platform and pay what you can.

Full disclosure: this is a for-profit business and contributions are not tax deductible.   This is similar to “Pay What You Can” studios who leave out a tip jar rather than charge a set amount for classes.

Thank you for the support, for being a part of this community, and helping this community to grow.
