Chakras: A Moving Meditation
This is actually a combination of two practices that I found to resonate in my body in very similar ways. The text is based on a meditation to clear the chakras, and the asana is a practice that just so happens to coincide with the chakras. So I played with them a bit over the last few years!
As you move through this practice, use the movement of your body to keep your focus on each individual chakra. The movements are meant to be gentle and (all but maybe one) to be done without strain, so pay a little less attention to your physical body and let yourself go a little deeper into the meditative aspect.
